Undergraduates are precious person resource of our country. They are our country＇s hope. The smcerity detault restrict the development of the undergraduates, which arose the attention of the whole society. Through finding out the cause of undergraduates sincerity default, this article sick the method to solve this phenomena, which comes from four aspects-refining society environment, innovating education system, consummate sincerity system ,strengthen undergraduates＇ diathesis.
