摘要
少年排球运动员不仅需具备良好的身体素质,包括肌肉力量、速度、耐力和柔韧性,而且拥有良好的身体素质特征。还有,经笔者归纳分析,优秀少年排球运动员训练中还应注意其六个个方面的问题,从而使训练更加科学性、全面性、系统性、高效性和正规性。
Junior volleyball players not only need to have good physical fitness,including muscle strength,speed,endurance and flexibility,and has good physical characteristics. Also,summarized by the author of,outstanding Junior Volleyball Training should also pay attention to aspects of its six months to make training more scientific,comprehensive,systematic,efficient and normality.
