重组人表皮生长因子不同剂型作用于糖尿病溃疡动物模型的疗效比较 被引量:10

摘要 目的比较重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)不同剂型作用于糖尿病溃疡动物模型创面的疗效差别。方法建立糖尿病溃疡动物模型,将模型随机分为重组人表皮生长因子水剂组和重组人表皮生长因子凝胶组,动态观察重组人表皮生长因子水剂组和重组人表皮生长因子凝胶组对溃疡面积、愈合时间及动态愈合率的影响。结果重组人表皮生长因子凝胶组在溃疡的面积变化、愈合时间及动态愈合率方面均较重组人表皮生长因子水剂组差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论重组人表皮生长因子凝胶比重组人表皮生长因子水剂更能促进糖尿病溃疡创面的愈合。 Objective To compare the effect of different pharmaceutical of recombinant human epidermal growth factor on animal model of diabetes ulcers.Methods To establish the animal model of diabetes ulcers.These animal models were randomly divided into rhEGF aqueous pharmaceutical group and rhEGF gel group.The healing area of the ulcer ,healing time of the ulcer and healing rate of the ulcer were compared the deferent effect in rhEGF aqueous pharmaceutical group and rhEGF gel group.Results The effect of rhEGF gel group was better than the effect of rhEGF aqueous pharmaceutical group in healing area of the ulcer ,healing time of the ulcer and healing rate of the ulcer by investigated (P〈0.01).Conclusion rhEGF gel can promote healing of diabetes mellitus better than rhEGF aqueous pharmaceutical.
