摘要
针对公司2 800 mm机组生产Q345E中厚板时出现探伤不合格情况,通过低倍、金相显微镜、电镜扫描等手段对钢板探伤不合格部位的内部缺陷进行分析,结果表明中心偏析、MnS等夹杂物、内部裂纹是导致探伤不合的主要原因。在确定关键影响因素后,通过相关炼钢和轧钢工艺控制,可有效提高探伤合格率。
Produces when the Q345E cut deal in view of Our company 2 800 mm unit has the crack detection unqualified situation, through low methods and so on time, metallography microscope, electron microscope scanning carries on the analysis to the steel plate crack detection unqualified spot's inherent drawback, the result indicated that inclusion, the underbead crack and so on central segregation, MnS cause the primary cause which the crack detection does not gather. Key factors in determining, through the relevant steel and roiling process control, which can effectively improve the detection rate.
