中西医结合治疗对慢性心衰患者心功能的影响

Effect of Therapy on Cardiac Function in Chronic Heart Failure Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的观察中西医结合治疗对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能的影响。方法将60例符合入选标准的CHF患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予西医基础治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服通阳活血方,疗程3周。分别于治疗前后记录患者纽约心脏病学会(NYHA)心功能分级及Lee积分情况。结果 NYHA心功能分级疗效,治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为73.33%,治疗组优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Lee氏积分总疗效,治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为70.00%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后Lee氏总积分较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.01),且治疗组较对照组下降明显(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗可以明显改善CHF患者的心功能。

Objective To observe the influence of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy on cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）.Methods Sixty patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups：Control group（n=30） treated with routine western medicine therapy and treatment group（n=30） treated with Tongyang Huoxue formula and routine western medicine therapy for three weeks.The classification of functional capacity of the New York Heart Association（NYHA） and the scores of Lee cardiac function were observed.Results The total efficiency in NYHA classification was 93.33% in treatment group and 76.67% in control group.The total efficiency in Lee cardiac function was 93.33% in treatment group and 70.00% in control group（P〈0.05）.The total scores of Lee cardiac function in two groups were decreased significantly after treatment（P〈0.01）,and the effect of treatment group was prior to the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy could improve the cardiac function in patients with CHF.
