摘要 目的评价4种不同粘接材料粘接树脂嵌体的边缘微渗漏。方法将制作的24个树脂嵌体分为4组,分别用不同粘接材料粘接在第三磨牙后,然后将样本浸入2%品红溶液24h,用体视显微镜观测牙-树脂嵌体界面边缘微渗漏状况。结果 4种树脂水门汀系统沿着粘接界面表现出低的微渗漏,在粘接嵌体方面无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论自粘接树脂水门汀具有与传统树脂水门汀一样的抗边缘微渗漏。 Objective To evaluate the marginal microleakage of resin inlays using four different cements (RelyX Unicem,Panavia F,Variolink Ⅱ,Vitique).Methods Twenty-four resin inlays were built and sticked onto standardly prepared human third molars using four different cements. All samples were then submerged in 2% fuchsin for 24 hours. The marginal microleakage at the interface between the tooth and the resin inlay cement was observed using light stereo microscopy. Results Four resin cements showed low microleakage along the bonding interface. There was no significant difference among the four resin cements (P0.05). Conclusion The self-adhesive resin cement reveals satisfactory marginal adaptation as three traditional resin cements.
