喀斯特地区耕地多功能价值测度的实证分析

Case Analysis of Multifunctional Value Calculation of Arable land in Karst Area

为全面地认识耕资源的价值,提出了耕地的多功能性概念,分析了耕地的经济、生态、社会和文化等功能,讨论了耕地资源多功能价值的测算方法,并选择贵州省普定、丹寨县对耕地资源的价值重建进行实证分析与论证。认为,应重视耕地利用的比较效益,通过提高耕地征用的价值补偿来抑制乱占耕地行为,保障粮食安全,促进经济持续发展。

The paper puts forward the concept of multifunctional value of arable land to know the value of arable land resources roundly,analyzes the economic,ecological,social and cultural function of arable land,discusses the method of calculating multifunctional value of arable land resources according to case analysis and discussion of value rebuilding of arable land in Puding and Danzhai counties.The action of occupying arable land should be effectively inhibited by raising compensation of expropriated arable land to ensure food security and promote sustainable development of economy.
