摘要
为了实现浮雕的数控加工,提出了基于图像的浮雕雕刻方法,介绍了其自动编程软件的主要功能和操作方法。经测试其生成的数控加工程序在FANUC数控系统上运行正常,同时配合仿真软件的使用,可迅速获得浮雕的加工效果和加工时间,有助于产品的生产与加工安排。
In order to engrave a relief by NC machine,this paper introduces the method of relief engraving based on image,the function of the auto programming software and the operation of the software.Through the test,the NC code provided by the software can operate in FANUC NC system normally.With the help of the simulation software the cutting effect and the cutting time of the relief are given rapidly,which are helpful for the production and the arrangement.
