摘要
五谷杂粮是饮食养生的重要原料,也是容易获得的食物资源。采用五谷杂粮为主要原料,部分药食两用食物和其他食品为辅料,以中国传统养生理论为依据,针对不同人群的营养需求而合理进行配方,使用制糊家电进行加工,制得营养保留程度高、味美可口、食用方便的糊状食品,实现了食品-家电一体化、让食品制作走进家庭的产业延伸。
The cereal is the main material of health-preservative food and with wide resource.On the basis of Chinese traditional health-preserving theory,catering to needs of different groups of customers,an instant paste which is flavorful and retains nutrition to the greatest extent is made,using given household appliance.The main raw material used is the cereal,with some food-and-medicine and other food as auxiliary material.Thus,the food-appliance integration is made truth and the industrial mode of home food processing is promoted.
