摘要 介绍两段法变压吸附脱除变换气中CO_2的情况及流程,提出装置在运行中需注意的问题。与常规变压吸附技术和湿法脱碳技术相比,在相同操作条件下,采用两段法变压吸附全回收专利技术吨氨运行费用最少,仅64.6元。 An introduction is given to the removal of CO2 from the shift converted gas by pressure swing adsorption (PSA) in two stages and the flow sheet used, and points for attention are presented in the operation of the unit. Compared to the conventional pressure swing adsorption technology and wet- process CO2 removal, the adoption of the two-stage pressure swing adsorption process patented for total recovery results in the lowest operation cost per ton of ammonia under the same operation conditions, which is only 64.6 yuan.
