Xinhua daily is the only and large daily which was published by the communist party of China during the Anti- Japanese War and early in the war of liberation in the kuomintang areas. These were many propagandas and reports about Song Ching-ling in Xinhua daily. They focused on Song＇s activities and contribution on the women＇s movements, Anti- Japanese democratic united front, helping the victims and so on. The reasons why Xinhua daily high lighted song Ching-ling were as follows： she was a true patriot; her words and actions contained CPC＇s policy; she had the international influence. The effects were very obvious： it both enhanced the influence of Xinhua daily and strengthened the trust between CPC and Song Ching-ling.
