贵州匍匐翦股颖是利用贵州野生匍匐翦股颖资源作亲本,采用系统选育法,经品比、区域、生产、耐旱性试验及良种繁育研究育成。该品种抗逆性强、适应性广、坪用性好,在贵州全年青绿,耐热抗旱性能明显优于对照Cato。适宜贵州海拔300m以上地区推广种植,同时适宜于亚热带到暖温带及相似气候地区推广种植,是建植高质量园林观赏类草坪以及高尔夫球场草坪的首选草种。

Agrostis stolonifera L.cv guizhou was bred through systematic breeding,compounding synthetic variety comparison trial,regional trial,production trial,drought resistance trial and seed production.Agrostis stolonifera L.cv guizhou was a good variety with characteristics of strong resistance,wide adaptability,good lawn,green around a year,and better heat tolerance and drought resistance was better than that of the CK.Its popularized areas were above 300m elevation in Guizhou and the similar climate areas from the subtropical zone to temperate zone.Agrostis stolonifera L.cv guizhou was the first-selected grass variety for building an ornamental lawn in the quality garden and golf lawn.
