制备工艺对聚合物基多壁碳纳米管复合材料导电性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 通过熔融共混的方法制备聚丙烯基多壁碳纳米管(PP/MWNTs)复合材料和聚碳酸酯基多壁碳纳米管(PC/MWNTs)复合材料,研究复合材料试样的表面电阻率与混炼制备工艺参数、成型方法和填料助剂的相应关系。结果表明:混炼速率、混炼时间、混炼温度都会对PP/MWNTs复合材料表面电阻率产生影响;偶联剂可以改善MWNTs在聚合物中的相容性;注塑成型方法制备的PC/MWNTs复合材料表面电阻率远远高于挤出成型和模压成型制备的复合材料表面电阻率。 The corresponding relationship among the surface resistivity, preparation parameters of mixing, molding methods and packing aids of composite samples was studied by melt blending composite materials of PP/MWNTs and PC/MWNTs. It was showed that the mixing rate, time and tempreture could all had effect on the surface resistivity of composite materials of PP/MWNTs,and the coupling agent could improve the compatibity of MWNTs in the polymers,and the surface resistivity of PC/MWNTs composite materials prepared by injection molding was much higher than that of materials prepared by extrusion and molding.
