TOPSIS （Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution） is the decision method of limited Scheme Multiple target decision analysis,and is widely used in statistics and other fields in recent years. This paper mainly explains the Principle and method of TOPSIS,and uses TOPSIS method in the decision analysis of invest of house,ranks the schemes,and gives some advice to the Decision-maker.
