摘要
利用47对SSR引物所检测出的114个等位基因位点对江苏省大面积种植的48份粳稻品种(系)进行了遗传相似性分析,在47对具有多态的SSR引物中选择其中17对多态性好、带型清晰的SSR引物构建48份粳稻品种(系)的指纹图谱。结果显示,17对SSR引物构建的指纹图谱可以将48份粳稻品种(系)逐一区分开来。48份粳稻品种(系)间遗传相似系数的变异范围为0.65~0.98。采用非加权类平均法进行聚类分析,在相似系数0.69处,可将48个粳稻品种(系)分为3类,绝大多数品种(系)都聚为第三类群,说明江苏省大面积种植的粳稻品种(系)的遗传基础相对比较狭窄。
Genetic similarity of 48 varieties(lines) in japonica rice was analyzed by 114 alleles detected from 47 pairs of SSR primers.17 out of 47 pairs of polymorphic SSR primers were selected for their high polymorphism to construct the fingerprinting maps of the 48 varieries in japonica rice.The results showed that all the 48 varieties could be distinguished from each other by the fingerprint map constituted by 17 pairs of SSR primers.The genetic similarity coefficients of the 48 varieties ranged from 0.65 to 0.98.All the varieties were classified into three groups at the level of genetic similarity coefficient of 0.69 according to cluster analysis by an un-weighted pair-group average method with arithmetic mean.Most of the varieties were classified into the third group.
