摘要 本文通过对济宁工行在小企业信贷市场的立场变化和专营机构由失败到成功的历程分析,指出经营小企业市场是大银行在利益驱动和外在环境成熟下的内生需求,大银行开拓小企业信贷市场的基本要件是制度的变革,并由此得出小企业专营成功的逻辑主线:基于信贷制度的下移,改善了银企信息机构,实现了信息交流的帕累托改进和银企契约效率的提高。 Based on the description of position change of ICBC Jining branch in small business credit market and process of the business franchise from failure to success,this article points out that developing small business market is the endogenous demand of big banks which has the interest-driven nature and mature external environment.In this process,the basic element is system transformation.Hence,the logical line of big banks developing the small business credit market is that,as credit system changes,the bank-business information organization improves and finally realizes communication Pareto improvement and the bank-business contract efficiency enhances.
