摘要
目的 探讨在基础护理学教学中提高护理本科生职业素质的方法.方法 选择2005级93名护理本科生为试验组,采用提高职业素质的一系列的教学改革方法;选择2004级90名护理本科生为对照组,采用传统的教学方法,比较两组的实习成绩.结果 试验组实习成绩和优秀率均高于对照组(P<0.01).结论 在基础护理学教学中进行理论和实践教学环节改革有利于提高学生的职业素质.
Objective To explore an effective method of improving the students' professional qualities in the teaching of Fundamentals of Nursing. Methods In this study,93 students enrolling in 2005 were considered as experimental group,who adopted reform focused on training of professional qualities in the teaching of Fundamentals of Nursing,90 students enrolling in 2004 were considered as control group,who adopted traditional teaching method. The practice performance was analyzed. Results The experimental group had higher scores on clinical practice than the control group(P〈0.01 ),and the excellent rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P〈0.01 ). Conclusions The reform focused on training of professional qualities is effective in the teaching of Fundamentals of Nursing.
