独立学院实践教学体系的构建

Construction of Practice Teaching System of Independent Colleges

由于社会经济发展对人才需要的转变,各高校开始重视对大学生实践能力的培养,以培养应用性人才为目标的独立学院便首当其冲。目前大部分独立学院所采用的培养方式较为单一、针对性不强,而且没有形成相应的实践教学体系。文章基于相关理论,根据目前实践教学的现状,从实践教学培养方案项目的设置和实践教学评价体系两方面提出建立独立学院实践教学体系的切实可行的办法。

To accommodate the change of talents demands,colleges begin to attach importance to cultivation of college students＇ practice ability.Especially the independent college that regards cultivation of versatile and practical management talents as its aim is active. At present most of the independent colleges adopt single cultivation method without more pertinence and corresponding practice teaching system.Based on the present situation of practice teaching and relevant theory,the author puts forward feasible methods for establishing practice teaching system of independent college from two aspects：setting up of practice teaching cultivation plan and evaluation system of practice teaching.
