摘要
五年制大专学生有其自身的不同于其他系部学生的年龄、行为方式、学习训练、心理等方面的特点,这些特点给学生管理工作带来了严峻的挑战,本研究以山东体育学院五年制专科教学部为研究对象,通过问卷调查、访谈、逻辑分析等方法,总结分析五年制大专学生管理工作中存在的问题,并针对这些问题及成因,提出解决问题的对策及建议。
Five - year college students have their own characteristics different from other departments＇ students, such as age, behavior, learning and training, psychology, and so on. These characteristics brings several austere challenges to the students＇ management. This research regards five - year college of Shandong Sport University as subjects through the method of questionnaires survey, interviews, logical analysis. It summarizes the problems that existed in the five - year college student management. According to the problems and causes, we put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems.
