摘要
公务员在性别、工作年限、学历和工作职务等方面的差异性导致公务员对不同激励的需求程度存在差异。不同激励之间也存在特定的相关性。对公务员的激励应注重需求的差异性,有针对性地采取激励措施,防止激励失效,以充分激发公务员的工作积极性。
The differences of civil servants in gender,working life,diploma and position result in the differences in degree of various incentive needs,which exists the particular relevance.The incentives for civil servants should focus on the differences of need,take the particular incentives to prevent failure in function,and fully arouse their enthusiasm.
