摘要
目的:了解试点城市社区卫生服务中心职工的满意度和稳定性。方法:通过发放问卷,共调查了217名社区卫生服务中心职工。结果:5城市职工的收入满意度较低;工作环境满意度均较高;工作内容认可程度在部分地区较低,但差别不具有统计学意义;职工团队的稳定性均不高,主要与收入低、工作任务重、社会地位低以及发展前途差有关。结论:建议政府在保证政府投入足额到位的情况下,重视社区卫生机构的内涵与制度建设、加强社区卫生人力培养与规划、提高社区卫生职工对社区卫生服务的认同度。
Objective:To analyze the staff satisfaction and stabilization of community health services institutions.Methods:This study investigated 217 staffs in community health institutions in 5 national Community Health Services(CHS) reform piloting cities.Results:The study found:the rate of staff's income satisfaction is low;the rate of satisfaction with the work environment is high and has no significant differences;the stability of health work team is not high,the influence factors included low income,heavy work burden,low social status and poor career development prospects.Conclusions:The government should insure the enough input to community health services institutions firstly,then establish the regulations and management systems;design the training and educating plan;improve the staffs' recognition of community health services.
