瘦素与Graves病甲状腺新生血管形成的关系研究

摘要 目的 研究Graves病甲状腺组织中瘦素(Leptin)及受体(Ob-R)的表达情况,探讨它们在Graves病新生血管形成中的作用.方法 采用S-P免疫组化方法,检测Leptin及受体Ob-R在65例Graves病和15例正常甲状腺组织中的表达变化,检测CD34以测定甲状腺组织的微血管密度(MVD).结果 正常甲状腺组织中未见leptin及ob-R的表达.在Graves病的甲状腺组织中观察到leptin及Ob-R的表达,随着leptin的表达强度增加,MVD也增加(P〈0.01).结论 leptin及其受体可能参与Graves病甲状腺的新生血管形成. Objective To investigate the expression of Leptin and its receptor Ob - R in the thyroid tissue of Graves disease and to explore their roles in angiogenesis of Graves disease. Methods Immunohistochemical analyses using antibodies against Leptin and its receptor Ob -R were carried out in 65 Graves disease and 15 normal thyroid tissue. CD34 immunostaining was used to measurate the microvascular density (MVD) in thyroid tissue. Results The expression of Leptin and its receptor Ob - R were observed in thyroid epithelial cells and vascular endothelial cells of Graves disease, but not in normal thyroid tissue,and the expression of Leptln was significant positively related to the MVD(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Leptin maybe involved in angiogenesis of Graves Disease.
