扩张后超薄皮瓣在面颈部软组织缺损中的应用

Clinical applications of expanded supra-thin skin flaps for face and neck soft tissue defects

探讨面颈部软组织缺损修复后不再发生挛缩，减少臃肿，保持色泽和谐。利用扩张器置于颈、上胸部真皮下血管网下进行皮肤扩张后修复面颈部缺损。结果临床完成９例，效果满意。用扩张后超薄皮瓣修复面颈部软组织缺损是较好的方法之一。

To find a better method that causes no contracture, keeps similar color with normal skin of face and neck, easily recovers the angle of jaw and neck with less baggy deformity than free skin flap grafting, the authors placed the expanders beneath the subdermal vascular net in the region of neck and upper to form a supra-thin skin flap. The flaps were used to reconstruct soft tissue defects of face and neck. Nine patients were treated with this method and satisfactory results were obtained, the authors conclude that it is one of the ideal options of face and neck reconstruction.
