摘要
目的:确定抗复感颗粒的最佳成型工艺。方法:以成型率?溶解度?吸湿率为试验指标,筛选抗复感颗粒的最佳补料和配比,并测定该工艺所得成品的临界相对湿度。结果:最佳成型工艺为浸膏:糊精:可溶性淀粉(2:2:1),此时制出的颗粒成型率高?溶解度好?吸湿率低?流动性好。结论:本法确定成型工艺较好,可为其生产提供依据。
OBJECTIVE To ascertain the best formation process of Kangfugan granule. METHODS The optimal excipient and its formula were screened by determining granulation, dissolubility and hygroscopicity. RESULTS The best formation process was two extract powders, two dextrin and one soluble starch (2:2:1). The granules had low hygroscopicity, high granulation , high dissolubility and good flowability. CONCLUSION The formation process is available for the development and production of Kangfugan granules.
