血府逐瘀汤加减治疗瘀阻心脉型劳累型心绞痛疗效观察

Effective Observation of Xuefuzhuyu Decoction in Treating Angina of Effort of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:观察血府逐瘀汤加减治疗瘀阻心脉型劳累型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将80例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例运用血府逐瘀汤加减治疗,对照组40例给予消心痛或硝酸甘油治疗。结果:治疗组心绞痛症状疗效,心电图疗效等明显较对照组治疗效果好,经统计学处理,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:血府逐瘀汤是治疗瘀阻心脉型劳累型心绞痛的有效、理想的药物。

Objective：To observe the effect Xuefuzhuyu decoction on angina of effort of corunary heart disease.Methods：All 80 patients were equally divided into two groups,treatment group were treated by Xuefuzhuyu decoction,control group treated by Isosorbide Dinitrate or Nitroglycerin.Results：The effect of angina of effort and ECG was better in Treatment group than control group.The difference had statistical significance（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Xuefuzhuyu decoction is a kind of effective drug to treat angina of effort of coronary heart disease.
