在充分调查研究的基础上,归纳总结了3年来重庆统筹城乡发展实践的经验,深入分析了当前重庆城乡统筹发展中的难点问题,重点围绕城乡规划全覆盖、土地信托挂钩转、社会保障共用平台、集体资产股权改、要素互动转形态等方面对未来推进统筹城乡发展的路径进行分析。

Based on sufficient investigation and research, this paper summarizes the experiences in recent three years of Chongqing in balancing urban and rural development, conduets in-depth analysis on the difficulties and problems in it, and analyzes the future paths for pushing fmavard balancing ur- ban and rural development centering round the aspects of overall urban and rural planning, land entrusting, social security common platform, collective assets shareholding, element interaction transformatlon, etc.
