摘要
主要研究Q345R容器板拉伸试验出现延伸不合及试样断口分层的原因。通过对显微组织和断口形貌的分析,得出严重带状组织、硫化物夹杂及芯部高硬度脆性相的存在是导致钢板延伸率不合的主要因素。
The article mainly studies the causes of elongation nonconformity and lamination phenomenon normally existed in the fracture of tensile specimen in the tensile test of Q345R vessel plate. By the analysis of the microstructure and fracture appearance, the conclusion can be got that severe banded structure, sulfide inclusion and high hard-hess brittleness phase at the core are the major causes of elongation nonconformity of steel plate.
