This paper summarized the historical and cultural connotation of traditional flower, and described the characteristic and application on landscape design of traditional flower, such as Paeonia suffruticosa, Armeniaca mume, Dendranthema morifolium, Narcissus tazetta var. chinensis. Finally,the application of traditional flower in the future was prospected.
