摘要
通过对207名某省会城市高中二年级学生进行的以西方心理治疗理论与技术(简称西方疗法)、森田理论及技术(简称森田疗法)为不同教育内容,以讲授训练法和发现交流法为不同教育方法进行的实验研究发现:实验班与控制班后测结果相比较,SCL-90的部分因子得分差异显著;实验班前后测结果相比较,心理健康水平得分出现显著差异;控制班前后测结果相比较,SCL-90各因子的得分无显著差异。另外,两种教育内容与两种教育方法相互作用对学生的心理健康水平及个性有显著影响。
We conducted an experimental research into 207 senior high school students(graed 2)in a certain provincial city by applying the western psychological therapy theory and technology(briefly named western therapy) and the Morita theory and technology(briefly named Morita therapy) as the different educational contents and the lecture-training method and the discovery-communication method as the different educational methods.The findings show a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in some factors of SCL-90 after their post-tests are compared;there is a sifnificant defference in the psychological level after the pre-test and the post-test of the experimental class are compared;there is no significance in all the factors of SCL-90 after the pre-test and the post-test of the control class are compared.Besides,the mutual action of two educational contents and two educational methods have a significant effect on students’psychological health and their personalities.
