摘要 探讨涡流纺包芯纱生产工艺。分析了传统环锭包芯纱存在的弊端,介绍了涡流纺原理及涡流纱的特点,利用Tencel纤维包覆涤纶长丝,在涡流纺纱机上纺制包芯纱。针对Tencel纤维特点在前纺各工序采取必要的技术措施,正确配置涡流纺纱机长丝张力及纺纱段张力,合理选用集棉器规格,严格控制温湿度,结果成功开发出风格独特的18.5 tex(33.3 dtex)Tencel涤纶涡流纺包芯纱,达到了较好的质量水平。 Production processing of vortex spinning core-spun yarn was discussed. Disadvantages of traditional ring core-spun yarn were analyzed, vortex yarn principle and characteristics were introduced, core-spun yarn was spun through covering Tencel onto polyester filament on vortex spinning frame. According to Tencel property necessary technology measures were adopted in each process. Filament tension and spinning section tension should be set correctly on vortex spinning frame,condenser specification should be selected rationally, temperature & humidity should be controlled strictly, finally unique 18.5 rex(33.3 dtex)Tencel polyester vortex core-spun yarn could be produced and the quality could reach better level.
