摘要
铝合金板材在淬火后产生很大的残余应力,使其在机械加工过程中发生变形。对淬火应力产生的原因及消除方法进行了探讨,从理论上对给定条件下的拉伸后残余应力进行分析、确认,消除残余应力的关键在于位伸过程。
Aluminium alloy plate will produce deformation during mechamcal machining because of residual stresses generated by quenching,the reason of generating residual stresses and method to relieve htem are discussed.the quenching stresses in plate are analyzed.the key to relieve residual stress lies in stretching.
