摘要
翼肋是旋转导向工具起导向功能的重要部件,在翼肋伸出并完成导向后,需要快速收回,以免刮蹭井壁和破坏井眼,而片弹簧便是起快速收回翼肋的作用。所以片弹簧的强度与疲劳寿命必须满足要求,以避免旋转导向工具在井下工作时翼肋收回失败,造成旋转导向工具失效。利用Solidworks三维设计软件建立片弹簧装配体模型,并运用有限元分析软件COSMOSWorks对片弹簧装配体进行强度和疲劳寿命分析,通过分析计算结果,为片弹簧的结构设计提供参考依据。
As a part of rotary steering tool, wing rib plays an important role in steering. After put out and fulfill the steering, it needs to be withdrawn quickly to avoid wall scratch and borehole damage. And leaf spring can help this withdrawing. Therefore, the strength and fatigue life must meet certain requirements to prevent wing rib from withdrawing failure during the downhole operation of the tool. In this paper, a leaf spring model has been established by a 3D design software - Solidworks; and the strength and fatigue life of leaf-spring assembly have been analyzed by another finite-element analysis software - COSMOSWorks. The results provide a reference for the structural design of leaf spring.
