摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务在提高全员护理技能水平中的效果和体会。方法对营山县人民医院优质护理服务的积极改革探索进行回顾性总结。结果实施后基础护理质量、护士服务能力和住院患者满意度评价均明显高于实施前,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务能够有效提高护士综合素质和护理服务质量,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective To explore the effect of quality care on improve quality of nursing service. Methods To retrospective summarize the implementation of quality care in our hospital. Results The basis of quality of nursing service, the capacity of nursing services and the satisfaction of inpatient was significantly increased,the difference was significant （P0.05）. Conclusions To carry out quality care can effectively improve the overall quality of nurses and nursing service quality, is worthy of further promotion.
