摘要
教学反思作为提高教学质量,促进教师专业化发展的有效途径,它是一个理念与行动相互统一;认知与情感相辅相成;能力与责任相互支持的创造性的综合实践过程。教学反思不仅含有丰富的内容,还包括不同的层次,它受教师素质、教师文化、学校文化和教师的时间资源等因素的影响。当前教学反思主要存在形式单一化、过程形式化、内容封闭化、专业支持缺失等问题。
Teaching reflections improve the quality of teaching and professionalism. It is an interacting process of concept and action, cognitive and emotional complementation, ability and responsibility. Teaching reflections feature in different levels, subject to the quality, culture, and resources of the teaching staffs. Monotony, formulation, closedness, and lack of professional efficiency are the principal features.
