摘要
吉林油田部分油井采出液胶质、沥青质含量高,平均洗井周期仅为20 d,严重影响油井的正常生产。2009年4月投加DODE-5型原油流动改进剂起到了良好的降粘防蜡作用。介绍了间歇加药方式加药量与加药周期的确定方法,并从延长洗井周期、降低管路能量损失、降低油井能耗3方面介绍了DODE-5型原油流动改进剂的现场应用效果。
In Jilin oilfield, because there is high colloid and asphalt content in produced fluid from some oil wells ,The average cycle of well washing is only 20 days,which has seriously affected normal production of the oil wells. In April, 2009, DODE -5 flow improver was injected to lower the viscosity and prevent the wax from sedimentation. It was introduced how to confirm the relationship between the dosage and dosing cycle with the batch dosing method. The field application effect of the DODE - 5 flow improver was discussed.
