保妇康栓联合欧维婷软膏治疗对老年性阴道炎的疗效

The clinical effect observation in patients with senile vaginitis by baofukang suppository and ovestin estriol cream

目的探讨保妇康栓联合欧维婷软膏对老年性阴道炎的治疗作用,并观察治疗对患者生活质量的作用。方法收集老年性阴道炎患者280例,分为两组,观察组共140例,应用保妇康栓联合欧维婷治疗,对照组共140例,应用甲硝唑进行治疗。结果观察组治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组,治疗后观察组患者的生活质量明显高于对照组。结论保妇康栓联合欧维婷对老年性阴道炎的效果明显,并能改善患者的生活质量,临床中可以应用。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of baofukang suppository and ovestin estriol cream in patients with senile vagintitis,for accumulating clinical experience,directing clinical work.METHODS 280 patients with senile vaginitis were divided into two groups.The observation group（140 cases）were treated by baofukang suppository and ovestin estriol cream.The control group（140 cases）were treated by metronidazole treatment.RESULTS The total effective rate was obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group.The scores of general health,physical functioning,role-physical,bodily pain,vitality,social functioning,role-emotional and mental health were higher in the observation group than in the control group after treatment.CONCLUSION The treatment of baofukang suppository and ovestin estriol cream can improve the curative effect and life quality in patients with senile vaginitis,be worthy of being recommended in clinical treatment.
