Extraction technology of total flavonoids in pericarp of pomegranate

摘要 为给石榴皮中有效活性物质的提取提供理论基础,以石榴果皮为原料,采用单因素试验法和正交试验法,研究乙醇体积分数、温度、时间和料液比4个因素提取总黄酮的最适工艺参数。得到总黄酮的最适提取工艺条件为乙醇体积分数60%,提取温度60℃,提取时间2h,料液比1∶20。优化工艺提取的石榴皮总黄酮得率高达56.25%,纯度高达23.42%。 In order to provide theoretical basis for extracting effective active substances in pericarp of pomegranate, optimum parameters in extraction technology of total flavonoids were researched,taking pericarp of pomegranate as materials.Ethanol volume fraction,extraction temperature,extraction time and solid-liquid ratio were analyzed by single factor tests and orthogonal test.The optimum technology conditions were as follows:extracting for 2hours by 60%of ethanol at 60℃,and solid-liquid ratio was 1∶20.The yield and purity of total flavonoids were up to 56.25% and 23.42%by the optimum extraction technology,respectively.
