摘要
采用新西兰白兔左后膝长腿石膏管型伸直位固定的方法建立骨性关节炎(OA)动物模型,依运动方式不同按随机分组原则进行分组,观察关节X线变化、活动度改善和关节周围韧带生物力学特性改变,了解不同运动方式对OA关节功能改善的影响.以评价运动对OA防治效果。结果:X线显示关节适宜运动有助于OA病情逆转,运动对恢复OA的关节活动度具有重要作用,可显著增强关节周围韧带抗张强度的恢复。提示运动可明显改善OA关节功能、延缓病情发展.主动加被动活动是最佳运动方式。
To investigate the effect of different ways of movement on the joint function improvement in osteoarthritis (OA) so as to evaluate the results of prevention and treatment of movement on the OA, Newzealand rabbits were used to establish OA animal models by fixing the rabbits' left posterior knee joint in stretching state into plaster casts for 8 weeks. The rabbits were randomly dlvided into different groups in terms of the movement ways.The X-ray film changes in the joint, improvement of moving extent and the changes of the biomechanical features were observed. The results showed that proper movement in the affected joint was helpful to reverse the disease.Movement can restore the moving ability of OA joint. and can help to increase the tensile strength of the ligament around the joint. It is concluded that movement could obviously improve the function of the affected in OA. delay the disease exacerbation. A combination of active and passive movement can achieve the best result.
