摘要
目的了解社区卫生服务体系建设重点联系试点城市社区卫生服务机构医务人员的满意度和稳定性,以期制定针对性的改革措施,促进社区卫生服务健康、可持续发展。方法随机选取3个社区卫生服务体系建设重点联系试点城市的128名社区卫生服务机构的医务人员,采用问卷调查和管理人员访谈的方法,对其满意度和稳定性进行分析。结果目前社区卫生服务机构医务人员的学历水平有所提高,但职称结构变化不大。社区医务人员对管理改革措施的满意度高,但对收入的满意度低;并且这一情况影响了社区卫生团队的稳定性;另外工作任务重、社会地位低等是满意度和稳定性的重要影响因素。结论应在加强相关政策的基础上,重视社区医务人员的收入问题,建立新的绩效考核制度,同时加强职工教育。
Objective To analyze the satisfaction and stability of health workers in community health services (CHS) institutions so as to design the policy to reform the possible problems,improve the CHS develop healthily and sustainably.Methods Totally 128 health workers from CHS institutions in 3 national piloting cities were investigated by using questionnaires and interviews.And their satisfaction and stability were analyzed.Results The staff's education levels had increased to a certain extent,but the structure of professional titles of the staff had no obvious change.The employees had higher rate of satisfaction with reform measures.However,the rate of satisfaction with income was lower,which affected the stability of the team of CHS workers.in addition,the heavy task and low social status were also the important factor affecting the satisfaction and stability.Conclusion It is necessary,based on strengthening the relevant policies,to increase the salary of staff,establish new performance evaluation system,and strengthen the education of the medical workers.
