摘要
为了开发钢管母材和HAZ低温韧性以及焊接性能良好的X100管线钢管,对以Nb-Mo系和Nb-B系二种微合金元素为基本成分的钢材进行了研究,由于采用合适的化学成分和TMCP条件,查明了在保证现场焊接性能情况下,可以确保X100管线钢有足够强度和低温韧性。根据研究结果试制出X100UOE钢管,实践证明该钢管完全符合上述要求。
In order to
develop grade X100 line pipe with low temperature toughness and good weld
performance of parent metal and HAZ , the article studies the basic composition of two
kinds of Micro alloy elements with Nb-Mo and Nb-B. Due to adopting the suitable
chemical composition and TMCP condition, it is approved that grade X100 pipeline steel
has enough strength and low temperature toughness subject to the site welding
performance. Grade X100 UOE pipe has been trial produced out according to the study
results. It is approved that this pipe fully meets the above mentioned requirements.
