摘要
一生当中,大学时期是建立自我意识的重要时期,我们应该引导学生更关注自己的内心世界,并试图引导他们正确的自我认识、自我评价和自我调控。论文试图从大学生自我意识的涵义、自我意识培养的重要性和策略给予一些建议,以期有利于大学生形成良好的自我意识。
College life is an important period life and an important period of life when one＇s self-conscious- ness is built up .we should give them directions to pay attention to their inner world, and to serf-analysis, serf-evaluation, serf-regulation. Paper tries to give some methods about cultivation of serf-consciousness, excepting to help students form a good self-consciousness.
