自攻型微螺钉种植体作为正畸强支抗的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的总结自攻型微螺钉种植体用于正畸强支抗的临床有效性。方法选取12个前突病例,安氏Ⅰ类双颌前突或安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合,上颌前突需拔除第一前磨牙且需用强支抗,采用自攻型微螺钉种植体支抗,从矫治排齐始至关闭间隙均使用该支抗。对治疗前后情况变化进行分析。结果 12例患者共植入24枚微螺钉种植体,拉尖牙向后过程中松动1枚,内收前牙结束时松动1枚,22枚未发生炎症、松动,成功率91.67%。关闭间隙时间6~8个月,平均6.86个月。矫治后其上颌前突症状均得到明显改善,上颌磨牙远中移动0.37 mm,压低0.9 mm,上颌磨牙位置稳定。结论自攻型微螺钉种植体支抗是一种临床所需的简便有效的强支抗。 Objective To conclude the clinical effect of self- tapping micro - screw implants used as maximum orthodontic anchorage. Methods 12 patients with protrudent profile,which consisted of Angle class I bimaxillary protrusion or Angle classⅡ1 malocclusion ,were treated with first premolar extraction and then micro - screw implanted in the maxillary. The application period of implants was from leveling stage to space closure stage. The data before and after the treatment were compared and analyzed. Results Among 24 implants, one of which loosed during the period of retracting canine while anoth- er one did at the end of distal movement of the anterior teeth. And the 22 implants left didn't inflame or loose. So the success rate was 91.67 %. Space closing time ranged from 6 to 8 months, with an average of 6.86 months. After the treatment, all the patients' facial profile were obviously improved. The max/llary first molars showed distal movement with 0.37 mm and gingival movement with 0.9 ram. Furthermore, the maxillary first molars remained stable. Conclusion The results might support the use of the self - tapping micro - screw implants as an effective and convenient maximum anchorage.
