摘要
根据红外与物质之间的相互作用规律,系统阐述了红外技术在纺织工业中的应用,分析了红外技术在各应用领域中的应用原理和特点,并指出了在纺织领域应用存在的问题及发展方向,对应用前景进行了展望。分析表明纺织工业中红外技术的采用将极大程度地降低能耗和劳动强度,提高劳动生产率和产品质量水平,是纺织工业实现向低碳经济转变的重要技术手段之一。
In the paper, by utilizing the reciprocity rule between infrared ray and textile materials, all kinds of applications on infrared technology in,textile industry are systematically analysed with the principle and characteristics in application expatiated and the problems and development direction and prospect of the application of infrared technology in textile industry pointed out. The application of infrared technology in textile industry indicates that it will not only lower energy consumption and labor intencity extremly, but also improve labor productivity and product quality, which is one of important technology methods for textile industry in realizing low - carbon economy transformation.
