摘要
目的研究溶剂提取法从迷迭香中提取熊果酸的最佳工艺。方法首先采用单因素实验,以熊果酸提取率为评价指标,采用溶剂提取法研究提取工艺,并通过正交实验,对过程参数进行优化。同时采用比色法和高效液相色谱法分别对提取物中熊果酸进行定性、定量分析。结果乙醇提取最佳工艺为乙醇体积分数90%,料液比1∶20,提取温度80℃,提取2次,每次3h,熊果酸提取率可达92.38%。结论建立的数学模型和优化结果合理,溶剂法提取熊果酸可行。
Objective To study the optimal extraction process for ursolic acid from Rosmarinus officinalis.Methods The extraction was studied by using single-factor and orthogonal experiment guided by the extraction rate of ursolic acid.Colorimetry was adopted to conduct qualitative analysis and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used to determine ursolic acid content.Results The optimal extraction process was as follows:ethanol concentration 90%,material to solvent 1∶20,extraction temperature 90℃,extraction time 3h,the extraction rate of ursolic acid could get to 92.38%.Conclusion The established model and optimized results are proved to be reasonable and the extraction process is feasible.
