涡轮钻井技术在川西须家河组须二段的应用 被引量:7

摘要 川西新场须二段气藏探明储量达1211×108m3,但岩性致密,研磨性强,可钻性极差,采用常规钻井技术机械钻速低。为有效提高深层机械钻速,在XC8井和X501井试验涡轮钻井技术,应用高速涡轮钻具配合孕镶金刚石钻头钻进,进尺和机械钻速均得到极大提高,且提高了纯钻时效,成为须二段钻井提速的有效手段。 The explored gas reserves in Xu II reservoir in western Sichuan are more than 1211x108 m3.But the geological conditions are quite complicated,such as tight lithology,strong abrasive property and poor drillability which lead to low penetration rate.Turbo drilling technology was experimented in Well XC8 and X501 in order to improve the penetration rate,and both the drilling footage and penetration rate were improved by using the high speed turbine tool and impregnated diamond bit.The turbo drilling technology is worthy popularizing widely in western Sichuan.
