摘要
同步器是改善汽车机械式变速器换挡性能的关键部件,其性能的优劣严重影响汽车的操作舒适性。分析了同步器的工作原理,在此基础上引出换挡冲量的概念,并且对换挡机械手进行设计,用于同步器性能测试试验台的选换挡操作,最后通过实例验证采用换挡冲量这一指标来衡量同步器换挡性能是可行的。
Synchronizer is a key component of automotive mechanical Transmission which can improve shift performance.The quality of Synchronizer can seriously affect the Operation comfort of a vehicle.This paper analyses the work principles of Synchronizer,on this basis leads to the concept of Shift Impulse,and designs the shift manipulator which used as a shift of the property test lab table of Synchronizer.Finally,through an experiment example,it proves the feasibility of measuring the shift function of synchronizer by shift impulse.
