Investigation of Professional Cultivation and Teaching Reform of Exercise Science Major

南京体育学院运动人体科学系以市场导向、质量意识、"医体复合型"人才的培养为人才培养与教学改革的指导思想,在教学方案、机制、模式、途径等方面实现了创新:以市场为主导结合南体特点,走医体结合的特色教育之路,提炼出"融学训研,求知信行"的系训,建设了具有南体特色的教学科研团队,创建了"校校联办,培养人才"的路径,收到了较好的效果。

According to the characteristics of Nanjing Physical Education Institute（NIPE） and market demands,the exercise science major in NIPE was defined to follow the particular education path with a combination of medical and sports.Our department refined the discipline as ＂integrate study,training,and research;pursue knowledge,honesty,and behavior＂,and developed the NIPE-characteristic teaching and researching team.The joint program with Nanjing Medical University accredited for a six-year term of study with dual-degree in sports medicine concentration,the liaison achieved the exploration of ＂one apparatus with multi-terminal usage＂ experimental teaching system,the construction of the key laboratory in Jiangsu Province among university-wide,the publication of high leveled monographs,textbooks and papers,and the organization of teachers and students participating in both international and national Olympics with enhanced innovation and hands-on abilities,plus 95% high employment rate was maintained.
