摘要
目前结构光视觉传感器广泛的应用于焊缝的跟踪。在多层多道焊中,最后一层焊接以及盖面焊的情况下,结构光传感器跟踪存在两个方面的问题:跟踪精度差以及结果扰动大;在焊缝偏差持续增大的情况下,甚至出现跟踪误差。结合国产激光跟踪传感器,分析了这两种现象产生的条件及原因,同时认为,要减少这两种现象,其根本方法在于提高坡口图像质量,通过优化传感器结构来解决问题。
Structure laser vision sensors are widely used in welding seam tracking.But its usage is limited in the last pass of multi-pass welding because of lack of character.And this lack will decrease the tracking precise and increase a disturbance,and make tracking error when welding seam deviation is increasing.With home laser sensors,these conditions and reasons of phenomena are analysed in details.And put forward the solutions to reduce these phenomena,include getting better image of the seam,optimizing the structure of laser sensors.
