摘要
在318K,10.0~21.0MPa实验条件下,采用流动法测定了等质量比的3,5-二硝基苯甲酸和3-硝基苯甲酸混合物,在含摩尔分率为3.5%的不同夹带剂的超临界CO2中的溶解度。结果表明,乙醇,乙酸乙酯夹带剂的加入均能在一定程度上增加溶质的溶解度,但在夹带剂的选择性上,3,5-二硝基苯甲酸对于乙酸乙酯的选择性好,3-硝基苯甲酸对于乙醇更具有选择性。进一步分析了溶质的极性、夹带剂的极性、氢键的作用对于溶解度的影响,并用Sovova模型对实验数据进行了关联回归,计算值与实验值的关联误差分别为8.16%,8.35%,2.40%,2.14%。
The solubilities of a solid mixture of 3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid and m-nitrobenzoic acid (mixed in a ratio 1∶1 by mass) in supercritical CO2 with 3.5% mole fractions of ethanol or ethyl acetate as cosolvent have been studied at 318 K and 10.0-21.0 MPa,using a flow-type method. The solubilities of the solutes were significantly enhanced in the presence of ethanol or ethyl acetate,and the effects of different cosolvents varied for the two solutes. The effects of solute polarity,cosolvent polarity and hydrogen bonding on the solubility were investigated. The solubility data showed a satisfactory correlation with the Sovova model. The average absolute relative deviation was 8.16%,8.35%,2.40% and 2.14%,respectively.
