摘要
目的:评价螺旋CT三维重建技术在埋伏牙诊断的应用。方法:对本科2000年以来正畸治疗患者中23例有埋伏牙的患者采用(1.5T)64层螺旋CT颌面部容积扫描,采用多平面重建,以显示埋伏牙的形态、位置与邻牙的关系。结果:本组共29颗埋伏牙,螺旋CT重建图像准确显示颌骨内埋伏牙的数量,牙冠牙根的形态,唇腭向的位置,萌出方向及与邻牙的关系,甚至能测量与唇侧骨面的距离,为手术定位。结论:螺旋CT三维重建能够准确诊断埋伏牙,多生牙,对正畸治疗具有重要的指导意义。
Objective:To evaluate three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT in the diagnosis of impacted teeth.Methods:Since 2000,our department in 23 cases of orthodontic treatment of patients with impacted teeth were treated with(1.5T) 64-slice spiral CT scan of maxillofacial volume,multi-planar reconstruction,to show the form of impacted teeth,position the relationship with adjacent teeth.Results:A total of 29 impacted teeth,reconstruction of spiral CT images accurately shew the number of impacted teeth within the jaw,root crown shape,chune to the location of,eruption orientation and relationship with adjacent teeth,even labial bone surface measurement and the distance,positioning for surgery.Conclusion:The three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT can accurately diagnose impacted teeth,more teeth on the orthodontic treatment have important guiding significance.
